Nacho Apps is committed to preserving the privacy of our website users. Nacho Apps has created this Privacy Policy to clarify what information we gather and how it is used on our website https://www.nachoapps.dev and Google Workspace Add-ons.
Nacho Apps does not sell or rent user or visitor information under any circumstances, and without prior consent except as compelled by law.
Information We Collect And Obtain
User Data
Users may also authorize Nacho Apps to access their information in Google services including Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Tasks, Gmail and Google Workspace Directory.
Logging
For visitors & users to our website, we generally log only timestamps, URLs, and HTTP requests and do internal analytical logging, including additional technical information such as a single byte from IP addresses, for up to seven days from when the data was collected.
Circumstances in which Nacho Apps may need to log and retain technical information for longer than seven days include when we believe it is reasonably necessary for Nacho Apps's mission and functionality, including situations such as:
site testing,
diagnosis of technical problems,
defending against attacks to the site,
handling a spike in traffic or other abnormal, short-term circumstances, or
research projects (in anonymized form) that serve our overall mission to defend freedom online.
In those and similar situations we will delete the information as soon as it is apparent that the information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was retained.

To provide, support, and improve the Services we offer. Other Information is used to deliver the Services, address technical issues, enhance security, monitor usage and analyze other user activities within the Services.

Google Workspace Add-ons
Nacho Apps also provides Google Workspace Add-ons that integrate with a number of Google products and services using the Google APIs. Nacho Apps cannot access your data in these services unless you or your Google Workspace Admin explicitly authorize access. If authorization is granted, Nacho Apps' Google Workspace Add-ons uses it's access to your data and these services in accordance with the services the add-on provides.
Nacho Auto Vacation for Gmail™
Nacho Auto Vacation for Gmail™ is a Google Workspace Add-on for Gmail and Google Calendar. The add-on will monitor Google Calendar for Out of Office events and, when it finds an OOO event, it will enable the Gmail vacation responder.
Nacho Auto Vacation for Gmail™ does not store, share, or transfer any user data outside of the user's Google account.
Nacho Auto Vacation for Gmail™ accesses user data using Google Apps Script, Gmail APIs, and Google Calendar APIs.
Nacho Auto Vacation for Gmail™ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Nacho Auto Vacation for Gmail™ has read access to the user's Google account to determine the user's Google email address.
Nacho Auto Vacation for Gmail™ has read access to the user's Google Calendar to monitor for Out of Office events.
Nacho Auto Vacation for Gmail™ has read/write access to the user's Gmail settings in order to read/update the user's Gmail vacation responder.
Disclosure Of Your Personal Information
Nacho Apps may share and disclose Information in the following ways:
According to User's Instructions. Nacho Apps will solely share and disclose User Data according to a user’s instructions and in compliance with applicable law and legal processes.
When Collaborating with Others. The Services provide a variety of ways for Users to share User Data with others, such as assigning tasks or sharing queues.
Using Third Party Service Providers. We may use third party companies for the purpose of providing the Services and to process Other Information to support our business objectives. These companies are authorized to use your Personal Data only as necessary to provide these services to us. Your Personal Data will not be used for secondary purposes without prior notification and express consent obtained.

Analytics
When someone visits the website, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to track things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and interactions with the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of visitors to our website.

We do not knowingly gather or otherwise process personal data of minors under the age of 16. If we notice that one of our users/visitors is a minor we’ll immediately take steps to remove their information.
